Research On The Border Port Construction Of Heilongjiang Province To Russia

Heilongjiang province and Russia has a natural geographical advantage,as the hinterland of Heilongjiang province in Northeast Asia,it has become China’s opening up the frontier of Russia.Heilongjiang province and Russia located in the north and east separated Heilongjiang,Ussuri River,the two sides have more than 3000 km boundary line,situated two correspond to more than 20 cities and towns.Heilongjiang province and Russia connected by road,rail,is connected to land and water,so Heilongjiang province along the Yangtze River,along the border,along the unique geographical advantage of opening up.Since reforming and opening,China-Russia economic and trade cooperation has got gradual development and border tourism in Heilongjiang province approved the opening of the national ports,one of the most provinces in China’s opening up kinds of ports.Construction of "Longjiang Silk Road" in Heilongjiang province is a major historical opportunity for a comprehensive deepening reform and transformation and upgrading,will greatly improve the efficiency of Heilongjiang province and Russia border trade,in order to stimulate the development of Heilongjiang province and Russia’s border ports.Based on the present situation in Heilongjiang province and Russia border ports of analysis,summarized the characteristics of Heilongjiang province and Russia border ports,so as to find out the depth of the problems,while Heilongjiang province and Russia border ports and economic growth analysis to explore the effect of economic growth in Heilongjiang province and Russia border trade produce,and finally make recommendations countermeasures respectively from the government level and the corporate level.The significance of this study lies in the establishment of the comprehensive evaluation system for the development of the frontier ports in Heilongjiang Province and the function positioning of the border ports.The main use of the system analysis method and comparative analysis method provide theoretical support for the expansion of bilateral economic cooperation scope,On this basis for further deepening the level of economic cooperation between the two countries to enhance the economic effect of a certain guiding significance.
