Investigation And Research On Rural Endowment Insurance In Xiashan District Of Weifang City

With the development of economy and science and technology,people's living standards have been greatly improved,so people's life expectancy is getting longer and longer,and the aging of the population is gradually accelerating.With the change of rural family structure and the frequent population mobility in urban and rural areas,there are more and more empty nesters.The biggest difficulty faced by the elderly who have lost their labor force is that they have no financial resources,especially the elderly in rural areas have neither a unit nor a pension,and their life is relatively difficult.In this context,old-age insurance is increasingly becoming another way of providing for the aged in rural areas in addition to the concept of "raising children to prevent old age",and it is an important way for rural residents to share economic development.On the one hand,old-age insurance can solve the basic security of farmers and eliminate their worries,on the other hand,it can maximize the transfer of labor and promote the improvement of agricultural management efficiency.The new era puts forward higher requirements for the development of social endowment insurance.Rural endowment insurance system is an important part of China's social security system,which is of epoch-making significance to the development of rural society and the improvement of the living standards of rural residents.By using the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods,this paper analyzes the common rural old-age insurance models at home and abroad and the current situation of rural old-age insurance in China,and takes Xiashan District as the research object.It is investigated and understood from the aspects of the current situation of insurance,the operation of the fund,the level of pension treatment,preferential policies and so on.A visit and survey was conducted on Taibaozhuang Street,Wangjiazhuang Street,Zuoshan Street and Zhenggong Street,four streets and 8 natural villages with different degrees of development.The survey mainly involved age,marital status,education,occupation,income,annual family income and other key contents.500 questionnaires were distributed,and Likert 5 scale was used to analyze farmers' satisfaction with participating in old-age insurance in Xiashan District.This paper summarizes the situation of farmers' participation in insurance,the relevant links that affect the participation rate,the influencing factors of satisfaction and so on.According to the investigation,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the promotion of rural old-age insurance system in Xiashan District.There are mainly the reduction of the participation rate caused by labor transfer,the malpractice of the supplementary payment policy,the impact of farmers' income on the level of payment,the low level of overall planning of the fund,the lack of incentive mechanism,the lack of sources of funds and the problems of departmental coordination and business capacity.According to the problems found,this paper makes a full analysis and discussion on these problems,and puts forward the main improvement measures to improve the current situation of rural old-age insurance in Xiashan District,including both suggestions at the institutional level and specific methods in the process of actual implementation.It has strong pertinence and maneuverability.Through these methods and means,with a view to enabling farmers in Xiashan District to participate in insurance voluntarily,freely and on demand,to enhance farmers' confidence in participating in insurance,to reduce the insurance gap between urban and rural areas,and to truly achieve a sense of security for the elderly,and a sense of contentment for the elderly.
