Investigation On Satisfaction Of New Rural Social Pension Insurance In Pulandian District Of Dalian City

The new rural social endowment insurance has become an important livelihood project for the elderly living security of rural residents,effectively solving the pension problem of rural residents.For the beneficiaries of the new agricultural insurance policy,farmers with different personal characteristics have different willingness and satisfaction on the protection needs of the new agricultural insurance policy.Therefore,it is of great significance to survey farmers' satisfaction with the new rural insurance.so as to make the new rural insurance be sustainable development.Through the Logist ic regression analysis,combined with the operation status of the new rural endowment insurance system in Pulandian District of Dalian,this thesis analyzed the farmers' satisfaction about the new rural endowment insurance system and the operating service level as well as the overall satisfaction.On the basis of consulting the research of experts and scholars at home and abroad,this thesis investigated the satisfaction degree of the new rural insurance in Pulandian District of Dalian by means of questionnaires and interviews.A total of 300 questionnaires were sent out,and 250 inside had been distributed to villagers who lived in 9 administrative villages in Pulandian District.Another 50 were filled out by people who came to the street windows.286 questionnaires were recovered.Elimination of unqualified questionnaires,there still had 258 valid questionnaires,with the efficiency about 90.2%.Through empirical investigation and regression analysis of the data obtained from the survey by using the multiple ordered logistic model,the results show that age,gender,education level,health status,profession,family annual income have a significant impact on the satisfaction of the new rural endowment insurance system;the institutional design and operational services both need to be improved,such as the low level of pension benefits,complex management process,and weak policy publicity.Generally,the groups with old age,low education level,poor health status and low family income are less satisfied with the new rural insurance.On this basis,at the end of this thesis put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the sustainable development of the new rural endowment insurance system.It includes raising the pension standard of the new agricultural insurance,improving the recognition of the new agricultural insurance system by the rural residents,and perfecting the service system of the new agricultural insurance administration department at all levels.
