Research On The Development Modes Of Characteristic Towns Based On Capital Factor Allocation

The urbanization construction has made great progress since the reform and opening in China,but there are many problems occurred,such as the imbalance between urban areas and rural areas,the urban disease which is accompanied with traffic congestion and resource shortage,and the slow development of small and medium-sized cities,thus the new-type urbanization is in a great need of new power source.Promoting the construction of characteristic towns is a significant strategic choice which was made to accelerated the transformation and update of the current block economy areas and the development of innovation.It is also an important strategic task to get rid of poverty in the stage of the 13 th Five-Year Plan.And it is believed to be an initiative measure to make change in the overall construction process of the newtype urbanization under the new normal economic background.Setting in such a special background,the paper made the development modes of characteristic town as the main subject,and studied it from a perspective of capital factors' allocation and flow.We hoped that,this paper would provide theoretical and practical support for the construction as well as the choice of the development modes of characteristic towns through the comprehensive and in-depth theoretical analysis and empirical research.On the basis of summarizing and inducting the relevant domestic and overseas researches,this paper defined the concept,the characteristics,the function orientation and the connotation of development modes of characteristic towns.A theoretical foundation system for the development of characteristic towns was preliminarily established.Then we analyzed the influence that capital factors' allocation has on the development of characteristic towns from a theoretical perspective.We also studied the backgrounds,the current situation as well as the problems existed in china's characteristic towns' development.To sum up some experiences,some typical cases of the development of small towns at home and abroad are analyzed.This paper then measured the urban-rural capital factors allocation in China and pointed out the opportunities for characteristic towns under the imbalance of capital allocation situation.And we carried out the structural equation model on AMOS to analyses the influential effect that capital factors allocation has on the characteristic towns development from view of industrial and economic development,improvement of residents' life,ecological environment friendliness and infrastructure construction.Finally,the paper put forward the principles of the establishment of characteristic towns development modes,and also some specific suggestions for eco-tourism towns,historical culture towns,financial innovation towns and natural resources towns.And we hope this could help to promote the capital utilization efficiency and achieve sustainable development in the construction and development of characteristic towns in China.
