Study On The Influencing Factors Of Sustainable Development Of Small Towns With Agricultural Characteristics Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Under the background of "rural revitalization strategy",small towns with agricultural characteristics are an important carrier of radiation-driven development of new countryside.Sustainable development of small towns with agricultural characteristics is an important guarantee to achieve the strategic goal of rural revitalization.At present,in the process of the development of small towns with agricultural characteristics,the phenomena of "homogenization","real estate" and "blind enclosure" lead to the lack of motive force for the development of small towns with agricultural characteristics.Therefore,it is necessary to study the factors affecting the sustainable development of small towns with agricultural characteristics,which will contribute to the healthy and sustainable development of small towns with agricultural characteristics.Firstly,this paper analyses the development model and existing problems of characteristic towns.From the perspective of synergy among different development subjects,the factors influencing the sustainable development of characteristic towns are identified by using sustainable development theory,synergy theory,industrial development theory and stakeholder theory.Combining with the strategic goal of rural revitalization,the behavior and projects of development subjects are analyzed.There are seven important influencing factors in four aspects: environment,development subject relationship and project development benefit.Then,the conceptual model of this study is established based on the relationship between the seven factors affecting the sustainable development of small towns with agricultural characteristics,and the hypothesis is put forward.Thirdly,through on-the-spot investigation on the project of small towns with agricultural characteristics in Shaanxi and Shandong provinces,the sample data of this study are obtained,and the sample data are analyzed by using mathematical statistical software such as SPSS and AMOS,including reliability analysis,validity analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis and structural equation model data fitting,in order to verify the hypothesis.Finally,the revised optimal structural equation model is explained,and the mechanism and effect of the factors affecting the sustainable development of small towns with agricultural characteristics are analyzed.The conclusions of this study are as follows: enterprise behavior,village collective behavior,government behavior and project environment have a positive impact on the sustainable development of small towns with agricultural characteristics.The order of influence degree is: government behavior > enterprise behavior > village collective behavior > project environment;The relationship between project development benefit and development subject plays an intermediary role in the process of the influence of enterprise behavior,village collective behavior,government behavior and project environment on the sustainable development of small towns with agricultural characteristics.The order of influence degree is: development subject relationship > project development benefit.
