Study On The Development Path Of All-for-One Tourismin Underdeveloped Areas

Under the growing vigorously momentum of all-for-one tourism,many places have begun to explore the development path of all-for-one tourism.In particular,after the National Tourism Administration launched the creation of a all-for-one tourism demonstration plot in 2016,push the all-for-one tourism creation to a new high.As for the underdeveloped counties which supported by the traditional industries,the development of all-for-one tourism is not only conducive to fully tapping and utilizing local natural and cultural tourism resources,but also protect ecological sustainable development.Furthermore,it can optimize the thrice industrial structure and realize traditional industries to modern service industries' curve overtaking.At present,domestic research on the development of all-for-one tourism in underdeveloped areas is relatively lacking.Research on all-for-one tourism development in underdeveloped areas can further enrich the theoretical connotation of all-for-one tourism and is of great significance in promoting the transformation and upgrading of tourism in the current China.Shicheng County is the source county of Jiangxi's mother river,the Gan River,and has rich tourism resources.However,as an underdeveloped area,a variety of unfavorable factors such as insufficient funding,backward facilities,and shortage of talents have led to backward economic and social development.This article take Shicheng county as an example,based on the theoretical foundations of comparative advantage theory,industry chain theory,and industrial integration theory,the researcher visited and surveyed scenic spots in Shicheng Geopark,Jiuzhai Hot Spring,and Yonghe Cultural Park in Shicheng County,interviewed local residents and staff in the tourism department of Shicheng,and collected field discovery data.By using the comparative analysis method,literature analysis method,and empirical research method,the researcher analyze the stages of tourism development and each nodes in the tourism industry chain,and summarizes the lack of understanding of the concept of all-for-one tourism when developing all-for-one tourism in less-developed areas.Meanwhile,existing problems are deep-rooted,such as the base of tourism resources is unclear;the development path is not clear;the low level of tourism marketization,brand creation is not obvious;the tourism basic supporting facilities and public services are lagged;the constellation effect of the tourism industry is not obvious;the industrial chain extension is not deep;the tourism professionals are lacking,and the self-development ability is insufficient;tourism supervision is weak;incomplete macrocosmic synthesis coordination management system.Based on the analysis of the current status and problems of all-for-one tourism development in underdeveloped regions,the four comparative advantages of Shicheng's all-for-one tourism development are classified from resources,policies,locations,and backwardness.From the suppliers and demanders analysis the power of all-for-one tourism development.Based on the analysis of the decision-making path,resource path,industrial path,and spatial path,analyse the development path of Shicheng's all-for-one tourism.And bring up a series of targeted recommendations,for instance,proposed to explore a macrocosmic market-oriented management system,optimize the macrocosmic tourism space system,cultivate an industry-wide industrial integration system,and create a macrocosmic high-quality service systems,etc.It is attribute to solve the problems and difficulties that came across in the development of all-for-one tourism,and have reference value for the similar areas to develop all-for-one tourism.
