With the deepening of the reform of socialist market economy,China gradually liberalizes the control over the financial market,which leads to the diversification of commercial Banks in the financial market.Commercial Banks of various ownerships quickly march into various regional markets.Foreign commercial Banks and private Banks will inevitably implement the localization talent strategy after entering the regional market,which provides a new choice for localization of financial talents and further intensifies the competition for talents of commercial Banks.For a long time,state-owned Banks enjoy absolute say in the financial sector,the attraction of the financial talent is extremely strong,this makes the state-owned Banks in the war for talent barely met strong contender,but along with the diversification of financial markets,the status of the state-owned commercial Banks suffered an unprecedented impact,this directly exposed the state-owned commercial bank the lack of talent introduction and talent management strategy.At present,the chaos of internal personnel flow in state-owned commercial Banks and the change of external operating environment make the profitability of state-owned commercial Banks decline and the rate of personnel turnover further increases.The rapid development of the financial industry and policy changes have exposed the weakness of the talent strategy of state-owned commercial Banks.It is in this environment that it is very important to study the internal talent flow system of state-owned commercial Banks and investigate the situation of the brain drain.After multiple factors comparison,this paper selected the five line of fuzhou NY,one of the state-owned commercial Banks as the research object,the researches in human resource status quo and the causes of loss of status,the human resources management theory is applied to the analysis of the talent management system of state-owned Banks,and combined with relevant theory advances some Suggestions on perfecting the talent strategy of state-owned commercial Banks.Through the improvement of enterprise culture shaping,talent compensation management,career planning and vocational skills training,the talent strategic system and talent management system that conform to the development of state-owned commercial Banks are established,so as to win an advantage for state-owned commercial Banks in the talent market competition.
