In recent years,the overall and stable development of economy in our country,the degree of opening to the outside world gradually increased the commercial banking system gradually and various financial supporting system established,our country banking system present the prosperous phenomenon.On the one hand,reform and consummation of market economy system make domestic joint-stock commercial Banks industry outstanding performance and market share is gradually enlarged.On the other hand,increasing the level of our country opening to the outside world,foreign commercial Banks enter China's domestic market and make business together domestic Banks in an increasingly perfect regulation constraints to realize the great development of the financial policy and a big leap.According to concerning sectional statistic,in addition to domestic commercial Banks,new kinds of bank branch are increasing and the business scale is gradually expanding.The core talents in the State-owned commercial Banks is of great significance for the bank,and have great value or even play a decisive role in a certain extent for bank's short-term development and long-term strategic planning.The core staff in state-owned commercial Banks has strong professional skills,business skills and maintains important customer resources,which is difficult to alternative.As the joint-stock commercial Banks and foreign Banks in China have set up a branch,the domestic market demand for financial talents has increased dramatically,especially for experienced,skilled,hands with a variety of resources of talents.The labor supply and demand for the employees at the heart of the state-owned commercial Banks,is extremely advantageous situation?Joint-stock commercial Banks and foreign Banks,because of its newer and business development relatively immature,or because of its headquarters from foreign,are lack of human capital in each country.Therefore,Joint-stock commercial Banks and foreign Banks attract financial talents to realize its own development by providing generous welfare benefits,establishing a flexible promotion mechanism,paying attention to corporate culture and spirit incentive.Over the years,at the state-owned commercial bank the core staffs losing is serious,and most of the employees enter to all kinds of enterprises,given priority to foreign Banks and emerging joint-stock commercial Banks.The emergence of this situation reversed transmission from state-owned commercial Banks,for the purpose of long-term development,start from the system of the Banks themselves,find the main factors influencing the core staff turnover,and gradual reform.Papers on the basis of definition of the core staff in the state-owned commercial bank,analyzes all kinds of influence of state-owned commercial Banks if the core staff turnovers.Based on questionnaire survey and field interview,this paper analysis the main factors influencing the state-owned commercial Banks core staff turnover.Finally,the paper based on the experience of the international commercial bank's core staff management,puts forward the countermeasures of preventing loss of core staff to effectively introduce,retain and motivate talents.
