| With the development of China’s rural economy,the development of agricultural industrial parks has also ushered in new opportunities.According to the Central Rural Work Conference,the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy" and the "2018 Government Work Report" deployment requirements,to highlight the functions of industrial integration,farmers’ promotion,technology integration,and employment income increase in modern agricultural industrial parks.The structural reform of the agricultural supply side will accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Finance decided to continue the establishment of the National Modern Agricultural Industrial Park in 2018,which laid a policy foundation for the construction of the Luye Agricultural Industrial Park in Tongyu County,Jilin Province,and provided the necessary theory for the construction of the agricultural industrial park and policy support.In the process of the research of the thesis,it is mainly to discuss the development status of the Luye Agricultural Industrial Park,and combine the SWOT analysis method to point out the advantages and disadvantages of the Luye Agricultural Industrial Park.At the same time,combining these advantages and disadvantages,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of the Luye Agricultural Industrial Park,including carefully designing the development ideas of the Luye Agricultural Industrial Park,scientifically planning the spatial layout of the Luye Agricultural Industrial Park,actively promoting the improvement of saline-alkali land and high-standard farmland.The construction,active development of the cultural and leisure industry,and the promotion of the company’s management system and the reform of the shareholding system are of positive significance for promoting the industrial development,production factor aggregation and industrialization of the Luye Agricultural Industrial Park. |
