Study On The Construction Of Beautiful Villages In Linkou County,Heilongjiang Province

The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the concept of "beautiful China".Among them,"beautiful village" is an important part of "beautiful China".Only when the village realizes beauty,beautiful China can be truly realized.In recent years,Linkou County in Heilongjiang Province is making every effort to build beautiful villages and accelerate the strategy of rural revitalization.Looking at the beautiful rural construction in Linkou County,although some achievements have been made,there are still some problems,mainly reflected in:single mode,low level of planning,weak infrastructure construction;lagging spiritual civilization construction,rural cultural characteristics have not been tapped,lacking Effective integration of culture + tourism;weak environmental management and control;insufficient financial support and financing channels,and so on.Based on the consideration of the above problems,combined with the actual situation of the beautiful rural construction in Linkou County,this paper identifies and explores the causes of the problem,mainly because the government does not have perfect specific planning measures,the backwardness of the rural construction,and the deviation of the policy.Farmers are lack of awareness of management subjects,and the channels for fundraising are relatively simple.In this regard,the author analyzes the system objectives,overall functions,overall promotion principles and system logic of the beautiful rural construction in Linkou County.On this basis,it puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.First,improve the planning level and build beautiful villages;second,actively promote The construction of rural infrastructure;the third is to explore the rural characteristic culture to promote the development of rural civilization and the development of the cultural tourism industry;the fourth is to rectify the rural environment in a multi-pronged manner;the fifth is to expand financing channels and increase capital investment.
