Human resource management is an important component of project management.Because of the process implemented by people,the aggregation of which,in essence,is the object of project management.With the development and utilization of human resources,the overall resources of project can be arranged scientifically and adjusted to flow reasonably so as to maximize the benefits while minimizing the investment.It is not only vital link to create value but also necessary process of organizational management which is from extensive to subtle.In the process of reviewing history of project management,this paper analyzes the logical relationship and practical significance of elements that make up all the theories relevant to project and human resources management.Based on the research results available at home and abroad,firstly,it analyzes the human resources of H Company and the status of HWT project.Secondly,with the aid of some analysis tools,this paper has implemented such work as planning overall strategy and the whole layout through work breakdown structure.On basis of research above,HWT team,which takes a series of measures including both organization structure and encouragement for people,aims to ensure all kinds of internal information to flow efficiently.In particular,HWT project has a flat organization structure surrounding to project manager and continual optimization for process to improve both efficiency and vitality of the organization.And not only that,this paper illustrates special efforts of human resource management to motivate the HWT project team,which constitute of a clear mission and vision,respect for value creation,emphasis on the mutual-growth connection between individual and collective,providing objective reference for team members with performance evaluation.And all of these,combined with a great deal of team building events,have increased cohesion of collective while satisfying sense of individuals' belonging.Combined with the HWT current situation,this paper carries out various work of project process with several scientific tools and methods,such as strategic decision-making through SWOT method and Force field analysis method,post setting and staffing with HBDI model in the initial stage.And as the project proceeding intopracticing,data collection and analysis has been fully made use of to have the schedule in control and find out causes of problems,then according to necessary,resolve them finally by adjusting all the resources allocations on time.It validates that the theories of project and human resource management are scientific,as well as provides a referable example with methods and results on subtle management of projects in equipment manufacturing industries.
