Research On The Performance Indicators Of C Rare Earth's Export Sales Staff

This paper makes the performance index of export sales staff of C rare earth company as the research object,and constitutes the theoretical basis through summarizing and analyzing the literature analysis of performance index,performance index sources,performance index type and performance index design principles.Next,we obtain the status of the performance index of export sales staff of C rare earth company through interviews,and found that the existing performance indicators put too much emphasis on the achievement indicators,and did not reflect the four sources well,and existed some problems in the Specific principle and Measurable principle.Then,based on the analysis of the existing problems,combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,we get the new index from the four sources of performance indicators,and then modify the new index through the performance index type and performance index design principles.Finally,we give the new performance index system and propose some key points of implementation.
