With the continuous changes and development of modern economic and financial environment,the status of Banks in the minds of practitioners is also changing.The Zhangjiagang branch of Agricultural Bank of China which has the largest and most young people favor commercial in the city also encountered unprecedented challenges in recent years.The staff turnover rate is rising.The human resources management work becomes more and more important.The enterprise plans to analyzethe existing problems and implent human resources reform measures which make Banks more efficient management,staff more satisfied,which really realize the sustainable and healthy development of the bank.This paper starts from the current predicament of the Zhangjiagang branch of Agricultural Bank of China,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems in human resource management,by sorting out the important theories of human resource management at home and abroad,finally puts forward relevant measures for the reform of human resource management.It is hoped that in the process of implementing these reforms,the Zhangjiagang branch of Agricultural Bank of China will grasp the basic principles,establish the relevant guarantee system,and truly promote the development of the bank through human resource management.
