Migrant worker is the most significant labor source in the company who also owning the Chinese economic character. And Cenozoic migrant worker is one of the pillar in workforce in the early twenty-first century which is the peculiar thing in China. Besides, mid-small size companies are the main parts of domestic economic development. So, it is immediately to solve the problem of human resource management for mid-small size companies' Cenozoic migrant workers. Base on the situation of town and country planning in China, a huge number of mid-small size companies move to suburbs or towns. For companies, this phenomenon means that they need to face to the issue of the development and application of human resources. With the loss of farmland and the increasing number of Cenozoic migrant workers, the farmers face the difficulties of giving up farm production and engage in trading, integrating into companies and integrating into society. As the representative area of mid-small size companies and Cenozoic migrant workers, Lishui town is located in northeastern of Foshan which near Baiyun district and Huadu district. The essay used the related theory of human resource to analyze the situation of Cenozoic migrant worker and also put forward the problem of unbalance of supply and demand, conflict of value, the willingness of learning don't match, and tight labour relationship between the Cenozoic migrant workers and mid-small size companies in Lishui town which as a research firm in Nanhai. Moreover, in order to promote the citizenization and knowledgization of Cenozoic migrant workers, the essay also gave the solutions and opinions for the management problem, which is in the development and application of human resources for Cenozoic migrant workers in Lishui town in Nanhai, so that to promote the rural development and create the harmonious society.This essay will do a research about the human resource management problem of Cenozoic migrant workers in Lishui town, which is not only in order to find the optional way to make a development of relationship between Cenozoic migrant workers and mid-small size companies, but also provides some references to other cities and towns in China. This essay is divided into three parts including introduction, main body, and conclusion. The first part of introduction and theory are in the first two chapters, which introduce the background, the meaning of research, and what is Cenozoic migrant worker and mid-small size companies, and the theory of human resource management. The second part of essay is the main body, it's in chapter 3 to chapter 5. The current situation of human resource management of Cenozoic migrant workers will be analyzed in chapter 3. Then, the chapter 4 will analyze the HR problem in Cenozoic migrant workers and mid-small size companies, and the chapter 5 will give the solution to the HR problem in Cenozoic migrant workers and mid-small size companies. The third part is conclusion and expectation, including the summary of research and the demerit of this essay. In this essay, the innovation point which is according to the research of the problem of Cenozoic migrant workers and mid-small size companies, analyzes the existed problem which bases on the questionnaire and survey data. At the end, this essay will give the optional solution.
