Research On Typical Models And Existing Problems Of Agricultural Industry-Academy-Research Cooperation In Nanjing

China has been an agricultural country since ancient times.China's agriculture has been one of the main factors determining the country's lifeblood in the past and in the future.However,judging from the development of science and technology in recent years,the speed of agricultural development is relatively slow.On the basis of rejuvenating the country through science and education,much more sufficient attention should be payed to agriculture.At the end of 20th century,the cooperation among industry,universities and research institutes that have been valued by all countries has brought considerable benefits to the country and has continued to vigorously develop cooperation in related fields.With universities,research institutions,enterprises and farmers as the main body,the industry,academy and research of agriculture is to establish an organizational form of joint research and development of new agricultural products,new technologies,consulting and services under the condition of marketization.With close ties of interest and different divisions of labor,they can coordinate and integrate various superior innovation resources to promote the transformation of achievements of agricultural science and technology,which is an optimized innovation.Since the 20th century,with the rapid development of disciplines such as chemical sciences,life sciences and information sciences,meanwhile,new varieties and new results have been widely used,agricultural science and technology have advanced by leaps and bounds,and the level of innovation has reached an unprecedented high as well.The use of new high techniques of agriculture to transform traditional agriculture and develop modern agriculture has become the trend of the times and has become a new trend in the development of agricultural science and technology in the world today.Because of strong agricultural science and technology innovation energy,Nanjing has the advantage of carrying out agricultural industry,academy and research cooperation and promoting the development of agricultural innovation.Since 1949,Nanjing's agriculture has developed rapidly.The output of agricultural products and the total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery have all achieved continuous growth,and the competitiveness of agriculture has increased substantially.Compared with the average level of the world,the country,and Jiangsu province,Nanjing has strong agricultural competitiveness;in the suburbs of Nanjing,there is fertile of high quality wheat,rice,vegetable oil,fruits,vegetables,flowers,pigs,beef cattle,dairy products,poultry,aquatic products and other agricultural products.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,especially since the reform and opening up,the agricultural production factors have been continuously improved,the quality of the agricultural labor force has been continuously improved,the agricultural input has been continuously increasing,the agricultural science and technology have been widely promoted,the agricultural industrial structure has been continuously optimized,and the number of agricultural products has grown greatly.The quality of agricultural products continues to increase and the competitiveness of agriculture continues to reinforce.However,Nanjing still has the disadvantages of the mismatch between modern agricultural development and economic development,for example,the need for strengthening the science and technology engine,low level of construction of science and technology public service platforms,unclear development model,and low level of transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements.We need to explore new models for better and faster breakthroughs.The cooperation of agricultural industry,academy and research is an important link linking agricultural science and technology innovation with agricultural production and life,and it is an important path for implementing the strategy of developing agriculture through science and education.By the typical model and problems of cooperation in agricultural industry,academy and research in Nanjing,this paper seriously studies the main modes in which the government promotes the cooperation of agricultural industry,academy and research,and enhances the ability of scientific and technological innovation,namely the construction of agricultural science and technology parks and the construction of rural science and technology service supermarkets.We will jointly build a platform for agricultural science and technology innovation and guide the development of cooperation projects for industry,academy and research.We will try to analyze the major problems existing in the current model in order to provide a certain reference for effectively promoting cooperation in agricultural industry,academy and research in Nanjing.
