At present,enterprise management is facing many problems,among which the problem of employee management is a headache for many enterprises.The development of enterprises can not be separated from talents,but in many enterprises,the brain drain is very serious,and some have seriously affected the development of enterprises.Therefore,many managers attach great importance to and concern about the loss of employees in enterprises,hoping to solve the problem of brain drain through effective measures.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the causes of employee turnover and put forward corresponding intervention strategies.Employee turnover,from the micro level,will restrict and affect the development of enterprises;from the macro level,it will affect the development of industry,and then affect the development of national economy.Only by focusing on human resources management and formulating relevant staff management system from the enterprise level,can enterprises get faster and better development.Clothing enterprises are labor-intensive enterprises.Their development and growth require a large number of excellent employees.The research object of this paper is Jesse Garment Company,which is often confronted with the problem of employee turnover.Although the company has adopted many measures,the employee turnover rate is still high,but there are still difficulties in recruiting and retaining people Because of the serious employee turnover,the production of Jesse Garment Company is unstable,the company's competitiveness is not strong and other issues,the enterprise can not get continuous development,thus causing a system of related problems.For Jesse Clothing Company,it is very urgent to solve the problem of staff turnover and retain excellent employees.In this paper,literature research method,investigation method,case study method,observation method,comparison method and other research methods are used to investigate and understand the employee turnover of Jessie Garment Company.It is found that the company has some problems such as imperfect corporate culture,low salary and welfare,lack of market competitiveness,unclear employee career development,lack of scientific performance evaluation and so on,which together lead to the high employee turnover rate of the company.In response to these problems,this paper uses Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,expectation theory,two-factor theory,fairness theory and other related theories,and puts forward a series of improvement strategies from both theoretical and practical levels,mainly involving employee compensation and benefits,recruitment and training,performance evaluation system,performance evaluation and training management of new employees,in order to curb the employee turnover trend of Jessie Garment Company and provide some suggestions and references for other garment companies.
