For enterprises, want to get a place in the market, but also need to form their own core competitiveness. Regardless of is the competition for capital, products and services and competition, are just a short time competition mode, only the use of personnel to construct the built its fundamental competitiveness, in order to ensure that enterprises in the increasingly fierce competition in the market in an invincible position. Talent competition, is the most fundamental, the most long-term competitive model. Visible, enterprises need to establish a sound talent management model, to ensure adequate personnel flow. In recent years, there is a shortage of professional talents in the major talent market, and it is difficult to retain talent,the brain drain is more serious.If there is a problem with the operating conditions of enterprises, resulting in damage to the interests of the company, will make the enterprise and staff appeared uneasy, for enterprise operation and development has lost the original hope that, at the same time also lead to their salary is not satisfied, their own development from outside of the enterprises.Therefore, ultimately is the emergence of enterprise employees have voluntarily turnover phenomenon, leading to the emergence of enterprises serious brain drain. So according to the staff of the enterprise management, first of all to have a suitable for their own brain drain management system, the problems encountered in to for solutions, at the same time, can in the various stages of the development of enterprises are able to inspire staff's sense of belonging,increase the efficiency of the staff, so that enterprises have a strong cohesion of the team.This article after reading a number of related literatures, use and staff loss related theory,questionnaire, talk of staff and other methods, the data were collected and analyzed. The H enterprise appears at present employee drain phenomenon research, so as to find out the root causes of the phenomenon and carries on the analysis to the development to the stage, caused by the impact, for enterprises are put forward for solving method, and then controlled h enterprise employee turnover phenomenon, and the problems to solve.In the study, the author mainly collects the related documents of human resource management in H company, related to the relevant system, and carries on the thorough research to it. Then the questionnaire is distributed within the company, combined with the corresponding human resources theory, to complete the analysis of the reasons for the current talent flow. According to the analysis of the conclusions, give the guidance of the significance of the measures and advice.
