| The 21 st century is not only the century of economy,but also the century of knowledge.The competition between enterprises has been intensifying,and the core competitiveness of enterprises has become more and more the key factor that determines the success or failure of enterprise market competition.As an important part of enterprise human resource management,performance appraisal has been an important factor in the enterprise.Taking the case of Y Internet company as a case,this paper analyzes the status quo of H project performance evaluation of Y company,and believes that the project has problems such as imperfect performance management system,lack of scientific and reasonable project performance evaluation index system,and imperfect project performance incentive method.On this basis,using the analytic hierarchy process,applying the balanced scorecard and the key performance index method,the evaluation of Y company’s project performance is divided into five dimensions: risk,learning and growth,project operation,customer,and finance,the weight of the five dimensions is calculated,and the results of the study are applied in detail through performance bonus,rank change,post change,flexible welfare and so on,it is found that the adoption of clear project performance evaluation indicators and the improvement of performance evaluation system can effectively improve the performance management level of enterprises and promote the overall improvement of economic benefits of enterprises.Finally,the paper puts forward the measures to ensure the implementation of the performance appraisal system of Y Internet company: First,strengthen the support of the company’s top management to the performance appraisal;Second,strengthen the staff and project manager performance assessment awareness training;Third,establish a high performance culture for enterprises and H projects;Fourth,strengthen the link between performance evaluation standards and project objectives. |
