| The wide application of computer technology and the Internet has brought about great changes in the way people produce and live.The new Internet strategy proposed by China provides a direction for the development and upgrading of traditional industries in the information environment.In this paper,the background and significance of the development strategy of A commercial bank’s e-banking and the research status of e-banking at home and abroad are analyzed firstly.Based on this,the external environmental factors and internal environmental factors of A commercial bank’s e-banking are analyzed.The external factor evaluation matrix and internal factor evaluation matrix were used to analyze the development environment of A commercial bank’s e-banking.It is found that:A commercial bank’s e-banking e-banking business has a relatively good external macro-development environment.National policies,economic development,and social and technological factors are all conducive to the development of e-banking business;however,the current market competition environment is more severe,A commercial bank It has certain advantages in terms of brand awareness and customer resources,but there are deficiencies in product innovation and professional management.On the basis of the development environment analysis and evaluation,the SWOT fixed-point analysis method was used to finalize the future development strategy of A-commercial bank e-banking as an opportunity-growth strategy.It also proposes strategic implementation measures such as expanding marketing channels,in-depth mining of customers,building differentiated systems,and establishing specialized teams. |
