Research On Collaborative Development Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Industry Based On Complex Network Method

The coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is an important strategy put forward by the state since 2014,in order to solve the problem of unbalanced internal development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,in which industrial synergy is the core of regional synergy,and the adjustment and optimization and upgrading of Beijing-Tianjin and Hebei industrial structure will be conducivelt is of great practical significance to study the industrial cooperative development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The input-output connection between the industrial sectors makes all industries form an organic network system,so taking the industrial sector as the node,the strong correlation between departments as the side foundation constructs the industrial complex network of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei in 2002,2007 and 2012.By using the research method of complex network,this paper analyzes the topological structure characteristics of the complex network of Beijing-Tianjin and Hebei Industries,the characteristics of supply and demand structure of industrial complex network,and measures the Cooperative Development degree of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei industry.The empirical research of this paper draws the following main conclusions:(1)The degree of connection between the regions of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is different,and by 2012,Tianjin industry is the most closely connected;and(2)there is a serious asymmetry in the industrial supply structure of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,which is the most serious in Hebei province compared with Beijing and Tianjin;and(3)The complex network structure of industry increases the influence on output fluctuation;and(4)The phenomenon of industrial isomorphism between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei regions is serious,the overall synergy is low,and it shows a decreasing trend.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward concrete policy suggestions for the realization of industrial structure adjustment and optimization and upgrading all over Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
