Research On The Profit Model Of HT E-commerce Industrial Park Based On Game Theory

In recent years,e-commerce has become an important fulcrum to stimulate the potential of consumer market and enhance China's economic vitality.In the context of the rapid development of e-commerce and the rapid emergence of e-commerce industrial parks in China,This paper classifies the e-commerce industrial park according to the operation and management subjects,and makes a comparative analysis on the main characteristics and the profit models of six types of e-commerce industrial parks,namely,government-led,government-enterprise,enterprise-led,industry-led,community-led and service-led.At the same time,taking HT E-commerce Industrial Park as an example,this paper discusses the content,characteristics,existing problems and development direction of the main profit model of the current e-commerce industrial parks.Through literature research,field investigation,comparative analysis and game analysis,this paper finds that the main profits of e-commerce industrial parks are concentrated on rent or property service income.And the mode is generally single with its weak sustainable profitability and level.Therefore,in order to solve the single problem of the profit model of e-commerce industrial parks,Based on the financial data of HT E-commerce Industrial Park in 2016-2018,this paper analyzes the change of profit trend.At the same time,combined with the change of its business strategy in three years,it is found that the single profit supported by rent or property service income has shown a downward trend,and the profit under this mode is greatly affected by market changes,so as to reduce the risk of profit decline of e-commerce industrial parks,the park tries to Through the way of venture capital,expand the profit income.In this paper,combined with the selection of the profit strategy of HT E-commerce Industrial Park,using the "principal agent" model of game theory,the project content is to establish a new flagship store of network brand with the investment of enterprises in the park,and uses game theory to build a game model of venture capital between e-commerce Industrial Park and enterprises entering the park.With the help of this game model,this paper explores that the e-commerce industrial parks reversely invests the venture capital of enterprises entering the park by paying the rent,so as to replace a small amount of equity.According to the market expectation of the flagship store of theonline brand,the investment is divided into two stages,And the e-commerce industrial parks can also participate in the operation and decision-making of enterprises to a certain extent.By doing this,the e-commerce industrial parks can obtain more benefits.At the same time,the game model is also established to provide a reference for the selection of property equity replacement in the e-commerce industrial parks,and to provide ideas for solving the problem of the single profit model of the e-commerce industrial parks.Finally,according to the analysis of the game model of venture capital and the main problems existing in the profit model of the park at present,it is proposed that HT E-commerce Industrial Park should improve the mechanism of venture capital by expanding the scale of venture capital and increasing the types of venture capital,and continuously increase the profit by maintaining the scale of rent income and increasing the added value of operation management,so as to further enrich the e-commerce the profit model of the parks will enhance the profitability and expand the profit scale.
