Research On Board Network,Redundancy Resource And The Effect Of Resource Integration

Redundant resource have always been a commom topic of resourch both at domestic and overseas,it is defined as the difference between what the organization has and what it needs.It is undeniable that the existence of redundancy resources in different forms and different natures will indeed have a certain impact on the enterprise’s ability of resource integration.Nowadays,with the continuous development and integration of economy and society,enterprises have entered the era of network society and been included in a huge network.Everyone is building a relationship network at all levels to enhance the absorption and integration of resources.However,as an important external resource,how does interlocking directorate network affect the integration of redundant resources has not been paid enough attention.Therefore,This paper focuses on the interlocking director network and discusses the relationship among director network,corporate redundant resources and resource integration capability,and whether redundant resources of different natures will have an impact on the integration ability of corporate resources.This paper is of great significance to improve the integration and utilization of redundant resources and the governance effect of director network.Based on the analysis of resource-based theory and social network theory,it is believed that the resource status of an enterprise itself largely determines its future development potential and development mode.Therefore,it plays a decisive role in the long-term planning,expansion and growth of enterprises in the industry.Therefore,if the enterprise can make full use of its own resources,especially redundant resources,and effectively integrate internal and external resources through network relations,it will also maximize the enterprise’s ability to integrate resources.Furthermore,the position of an enterprise in the network determines its ability to obtain resources,The better the network location,the stronger the ability to integrate redundant resources.Based on the research on the influence of existing redundant resources on enterprise innovation,merger value and other resource integration,this paper mainly explores the influence path of director network on enterprise redundant resources integration.Taking the data of a-share listed companies from 2014 to 2016 as the research sample,and analyzes the influence path from the perspective of chain director network.The research results show that Board network can exert certain influence on resource integration effect through the intermediary effect of redundant resources.The more the enterprise is in the position of structure hole,the less redundant precipitated resources will be,because the main feature is relationship,and resources tend to be mobility.And the stronger the resource integration ability will be.The more central an enterprise is,the less redundant non-precipitating resources it has and the stronger its resource integration capability,because the main feature is hardcore strength,and resources tend to be deposit.
