Currently, merge and acquisition (M & C) has become the main way for many enterprises to expand their size and obtain the scale economies effect. M & C is also the hot point for many studies at home and abroad in recent years. Many evidences prove that the integrations in M & C are the key factor for the success on increase of the enterprise value. And the Human Resources Integration (HRI) is the most important part of the integrations. Human Resource is a kind of resources with diversification and complexity, which is different from other material resources. Therefore, there are a lot of risks and challenges in HRI.Connecting with the circumstances of the deepen Industry Structure Adjustment (ISA), the thesis make a practical analysis on problems in the HRI on the base of current studies. And the thesis provides a set of resolutions for the main problems in HR practice according to current situations in our country and the development stage of the enterprises, which is constructive for our current HR management practice.The thesis is totally divided into six sections.
