In the early 1980s,futurist Schebel proposed that with the advent of the information age, human beings will no longer feel the limitations of nature by mastering resources such as information, knowledge and spirit. With the arrival of the knowledge economy, the two intangible capitals of knowledge and information will gradually become the core elements of economic development. After the 1980s,the rapid development of the global high-tech industry made the information society and knowledge economy the theme of global economic development. The knowledge economy is different from the previous ones--taking traditional industry as the mainstay of the industry and relying on scarce resources as the main support. It is based on the high-tech industry as the primary industry and intellectual resources as the primary support.China's high-tech industry started late, starting in the late 1950s.After more than half a century of development,China's high-tech industry has made great progress and development. However, with the development of the high-techindustry,the energy consumption and ecologypollution brought about by the industry are more seriously. For China, the problem of resources and the ecology surroundings is a basic national condition that cannot be ignored. With the improvement of the green innovation capability of the high-tech industry in the whole country, the imbalancephenomenon of green innovation in high-tech industries in various regions is obvious. The eastern region relies on favorable geographical advantages and the developed economy exceeds other regions in the green innovation and development of high-tech industriesoverly. In the past few years, the eastern region that developed firstly has its own development advantage and has begun to drive the developmentofthehigh-techindustry in the central region of China through the radiation effect. The regional differences in China are still relatively significant, and regional development differentiation is showing a more and more serious trend. Therefore,by combining the high-tech industry with the innovation capability, the concept of "green" is introduced, and on this basis, the spatial measurement method is used to analyze the spatial differentiation phenomenon, and the spatial factors are incorporated into the research of green innovation capability.Creating a fair and reasonable high-tech industry green innovation development spatial pattern isfornarrowing regional development differences and achieving regional coordinated development, which has become an important task for high-tech industry green innovation development. The paper based on the ESDA method and panel data regression analysis method, which is based on the perspective of middle view--high-tech industry conducts empirical research on the difference between the green innovation development of China's high-tech industry.Put forward corresponding policy recommendations for the empirical results.Firstly, the statistical analysis of the status quo of green innovation development in high-tech industries from four aspects is green innovation investment, green innovation output, innovation research and development capability and green innovation radiation.Through horizontal and vertical comparison,we find and summarize the problems of development inhigh-tech industry. Finally putting forward the hypothesis:whether the green innovation capability of high-tech industries has spatial differentiation.Secondly, the exploratory data analysis method is used to analyze the spatial innovation of high-tech industry green innovation ability. The linear entropy weight method was used to give weightand measure the green innovation capability of high-tech industries in 30 provinces and cities in China from 2007 to 2016.Using the calculation results for spatial differentiation analysis,it is found that the global moran index is maintained between 0.3-0.4,and the moran index is presentingan increasing trend, indicating that the spatial agglomeration phenomenon is more significant nationwide.Through the measurement of the local moran index and the analysis of the four-quadrant distribution, eastern coastal areas and southern coastal areas are characterized by high-high agglomeration, while more provinces and cities across the country show low-low agglomeration. The green innovation capability of high-tech industries across the country varies greatly.Through the analysis of spatial pattern,it is found that in the past ten years, the distribution pattern of the provinces and cities in the overall range of China is relatively stable, and some provinces and cities will adjust in the first and second quintiles;Through the shifting of the focus of green innovation capability and the economic center of gravity of high-tech industries,it can be seen that the evolution of the green innovation capability of China's high-tech industries varies from region to region, which deviates from the trend of economic development. The green innovation capability of high-tech industries cannot be entirely dependent on the economy, but is also affected by other factors. Finally, nine indicators were selected from the labor quality, funding source structure and environmental dimension to analyze the influencing factors by using the random effects model with dummy variables. It is found that doctoral degrees researchers are more conducive to the development of high-tech industries. The influence coefficient of government funds is negative, indicating that it has not promoted high-tech industries. It has only done a lot of work on the surface, but has inhibited the innovation and development of the industry itself, which is not conducive to the overall economic improvement of the region; The increase in per capita disposable income has led to strong demand for high-tech products, resulting in increased energy consumption and pollutant emissions, which will have a negative impact on the development of high-tech industries in the region. In terms of regional dimensions,In terms of regional dimensions, the central region, the western region, and the northeast region have adverse effects on the development of green innovation capabilities of high-tech industries compared with the eastern regions. Finally put forward corresponding policy recommendations for the empirical results.
