The Empirical Study Of High-tech Industry Cluster On Innovation

With the development of independent innovation, the trend of focus on high-tech industry has become increasingly prominent. Industry Cluster has become an important form of organization of high-tech industry. In the gathering area, a number of companies compete and cooperate with each other. Accelerate the velocity of knowledge and technology; build an effective platform for technology innovation. In addition, enterprises share the public Infrastructure and labor resources, reduce production costs and improve return on capital, promote more industry cluster, accumulation sufficient capital for a new round of innovation. Therefore, Industry Cluster is very important for high-tech innovation. But because of the economic structure and many other reasons, most of China's high-tech industry cluster is only formal gathering. Because of the lack of innovation in internal, effective competition and innovation environment, the capacity of self-innovation is lower. Therefore, studying the impact of high-tech industry cluster on innovation has a strong practical significance.Firstly, this paper describes the development status of high-tech analysis from the aspects of industry cluster and innovation, summaries the specific problems in the development of high-tech industries. Then analysis the mechanism of high-tech industry cluster on independent innovation from the positive and negative effects. Based on the theory of production function, the papers addresses the model of innovation input and output, anglicizes the panel data models in the method of FGLS and draw the following conclusions: (1) Industry Cluster have a positive impact on the innovation of patents and product sales. (2) The investment of R&D have a significant role in promoting the development of provincial high-tech innovation. (3) The investment of human capital have a significant role in promoting the development of provincial high-tech innovation, but not remarkably.(4)The absorptive capacity of enterprises related with the scale of the enterprise will enhance the independent innovation capability of high-tech. Finally, we put forward some recommendations to improve the level of high-tech industry innovation form the aspects of the macro level of government and the micro-level of enterprises.
