The speed of knowledge dissemination is increasing rapidly in the information age of the Internet,to increase the speed of the spread of information,fierce competition and tight schedule require Internet companies to respond quickly to market challenges and external changes.The traditional enterprise management method has already appeared insufficient in the practical application of contemporary Internet enterprises.In order to adapt to the trend of economic globalization,informatization and fierce competition,most Internet enterprises adopt flat team management to reduce costs and improve efficiency.Therefore,the team construction and management have become the core content of Internet enterprise management.In addition,throughout the domestic Internet industry,with the increase of workload and external competitive pressure,it is common for employees to work overtime.From the perspective of team building and management,it is an important way to carry out the research on effective team building,improve the management of enterprise team,and then improve the work efficiency.This paper takes the comprehensive theoretical model of effective team building as the theoretical basis,deeply analyzes the content of the model,and extracts the elements of effective team building in combination with the actual situation of the Internet enterprise team,which serves as the theoretical basis for constructing the comprehensive evaluation model of effective team.Next,through the three steps of determining the index weight of the index system design and establishing the comprehensive evaluation system,completing the construction of the comprehensive evaluation model of the high-efficiency team.Then,taking the commercial team of M company as an example,the team construction situation is obtained through questionnaire survey and comprehensive evaluation and analysis were carried out.The results showed that the overall efficiency evaluation of the team was "good".And found that the team in the system construction,performance management and resistance to change three aspects of some deficiencies,this paper put forward targeted improvement suggestions.Also,the results also show that the comprehensive evaluation model of high efficiency team established in this paper is operable and applicable.Finally,the strategy of effective team building is studied,and a 10-step strategy framework of effective team building is proposed,which includes three periods: formation period,running-in period and rest period,to provide ideas and suggestions for Internet enterprises' effective team building.This paper makes use of the theory of effective team building,establishes the comprehensive evaluation model and applies it to the practice of enterprise team,enriches the practical value of the theory,provides references for the construction of Internet enterprise effective teams,and can inspire and promote the construction of relevant enterprise teams.
