Research On The Index System Construction Of Internet Economy Development And Regional Comparison

Since "Internet+" was first written into the national government work report in 2015,Internet and its applications had grown rapidly and infiltrated into production organization,social life and government administration.Internet economy profoundly affects the economic and social development of our country,it has become a hot spot for government plans and academic research at this stage.It is necessary to clearly understand the development level of the local Internet economy when developing Internet economy and planning the construction of the Internet economy.To objectively measure Internet economy development needs a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation index system.At present,there is no unified index system to measure the development of Internet economy at home and abroad.Therefore,the construction of index system for evaluating Internet economy has become an urgent demand,and the empirical study and regional comparison of the development level of provincial Internet economy are particularly important for developing China's Internet economy.Firstly,according to the principle of index system construction and the connotation of Internet economy defined by content analysis,thesis used literature analysis,frequency statistics and expert interviews to build the evaluation index system of Internet economy including the external support environment,the level of information and communication,industrial development benefits and integrated application capability.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to verify the scientificity of the index system.Secondly,Internet economy evaluation model based on global principal component analysis was built,and measured development level of Internet economy in 31 provinces of China from 2011 to 2015.Thesis comprehensively evaluated Internet economy development in China from various angles by theil index,cluster analysis and other ways.Finally,according to evaluation results,the pointed countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to support the development of Internet economy.Research shows: the dimensions of the impact on Internet economy development in descending order are industrial development efficiency,external support environment,information and communication level,integrated application capability;China's Internet economy is extremely unbalanced,presenting the gradient law of "the eastern region> the northeast region> the central region> the western region";Internet economy has been upgraded during the 12 th Five-Year Plan period in most areas,as central region,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area,Sichuan,chongqing and shaanxi;the unbalanced regional distribution of Internet economy development is mainly due to regional differences and appears convergence trend;the development level of provincial Internet economy in China can be divided into five types and so on.
