Research On Performance And Countermeasure Of Creative Agriculture Development In Zhejiang Province

Creative agriculture takes agriculture as the core and adds landscape design,creative processing,folk culture and other elements into the value chain of traditional agriculture's research and development,production,processing,and sales industry to make agriculture a creative industry with new functions such as leisure and tourism,cultural inheritance,scientific research and development.With the deepening of marketization,industrialization and urbanization,creative agriculture has become a new driving force to promote agricultural modernization.In recent years,the vigorous revitalization of agricultural and rural areas in Zhejiang province and the active establishment of modern agricultural parks have laid a solid foundation for the development of creative agriculture.Zhejiang province is one of the first provinces to develop creative agriculture.How to develop the current level of creative agriculture and how to develop it in the future are the key issues to be studied in this paper.Firstly,this paper uses literature research method to sort out and summarize the definition,development mode,development path and level evaluation of creative agriculture at home and abroad Secondly,the basic conditions and development modes of creative agriculture in Zhejiang province are summarized and analyzed.A case is presented for each mode,and the creative features,development process and cost-effectiveness of the case are analyzed in depth.Then,21 evaluation indexes are selected from the four aspects of industrial foundation,operation and management,creative ability and landscape environment to establish the creative agriculture evaluation system.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and questionnaire survey were used to determine the weight of each evaluation index.Results the three most important indicators are "Food safety and hygiene","Policy support" and"Locational factors".After that,combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation result of the development level of creative agriculture in Zhejiang province is "Good" and the development process is in the mature stage.Finally,some Suggestions are put forward.We need to strengthen policy support and stick to planning and guidance.Explore characteristic resources and improve service quality We will focus on the application of science and technology and increase innovation in science and technology.
