Fairness is the core of salary management.Only by carrying out fair salary management,can enterprises attract,retain and motivate talents,effectively respond to market changes,so as to enhance the comprehensive strength and creativity of enterprises and form competitive advantages.CT company uses the salary management system formulated by the government more than ten years ago,which has played a strong role in promoting the establishment and development of the company.However,with the rapid development of the market economy,the original fixed salary can no longer meet the value pursuit of the employees.The employees of the company have a serious sense of unfairness,which has affected the development of the company.Based on the research of Adams' equity theory and relevant domestic and foreign theories,referring to the questionnaire of general survey in the empirical analysis of employees' pay equity of Liu Yaozhong and Jiang Rongping(2008),this paper designs the relevant questionnaire on pay equity combining four aspects: external equity,internal equity,individual equity and organizational equity.Secondly,by analyzing the age,education background,position and establishment of the respondents,the paper analyzes the problems in the current salary management of CT company through the data of questionnaire,and finds out the reasons behind the problems according to the four aspects of external equity,internal equity,individual equity and organizational equity.Finally,combined with the actual situation of the company,according to its own characteristics and future development requirements,establish a new set of fair salary management system,and do a good job in performance appraisal,so that the company's salary management is more scientific and reasonable,enhance its market competitiveness,and maintain healthy development.The research shows that fair salary management is an important condition for a company to enhance its external competitiveness and stimulate its internal power.How to improve employee satisfaction is the embodiment of a company's core competitiveness.
