Study On The Willingness To Pay And Countermeasure Research Of Urban Residents To Pay For Wasted Oil Governance

At present,the problem of wasted oil management is still serious in China.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the problem of wasted oil in China has gradually drawn the attention of government departments and the public.Reports and cases of wasted oil returned to tables are frequently reported on the Internet,thus becoming an event of triggering public concern.As illegal wasted oil recycling was disclosed by the media,wasted oil industry chain turn into the sights of government departments and the public,government organized the specific project to fight illegal crime of wasted oil nationwidely,investigated and punished all kinds of crimes of "wasted oil" turning into edible oil,dealt with some catering enterprises using illegal wasted oil.Illegal production,sale and use of wasted oil have been curbed to some extent.However,only a few can be disclosed through media reports or investigated by relevant departments.Wasted oil has not been fundamentally solved.The problem of wasted oil in China is serious and requires the joint efforts of the government,the society and the public.Therefore,based on the theory of planned behavior theory,and summarized the domestic and foreign research data of willingness to pay,the paper establish the research model of the willingness to pay of urban residents to manage wasted oil.According to the model,the paper designed the questionnaire to investigate the willingness to pay of urban residents to manage wasted oil in chengdu,mianyang.According to the research data,measured the average of the willingness to pay,and then using the structural equation model,the single factor analysis of variance and factor analysis,this paper discussed the factors that influence the residents' willingness to pay,came to the following research conclusions:(1)The urban residents has a high willingness to pay for wasted cooking oil treatment;(2)The direct factor affecting the willingness to pay for wasted oil treatment is the subjective norms and behavior attitude;(3)The indirect factor influencing the willingness to pay for wasted oil treatment is the past experience and risk perception;(4)Socioeconomic characteristics affect the willingness to pay for wasted oil treatment;(5)Influencing factors have different effects in different groups.According to the above research conclusions and combining with the provincial conditions,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions.The suggestions contain:(1)Set up special funds;(2)Technological transformation and upgrading to enhance innovation capacity;(3)Carry out diversified publicity and education activities;(4)Increase exposure and raise public awareness of risks;(5)The storage equipment should be placed at fixed points and the transportation route should be tracked.
