With the development of the Internet Teleology and Electronic Finance, as well as the more common use of the mobile terminal devices, Mobile Payment come into being in majority of users in China and within the worldwide. Mobile Payment is through the use of the mobile phones, laptops and other mobile communication terminal devices by means of the Mobile Internet to exchange data information with the financial network so as to realize the transition of the fund. The development of the mobile payment not only be able to bring much of convenience, but also to promote the development of related industries.Although we have the largest mobile phone users and the large market, the mobile services are still not been widely accepted, compared with the developed countries such as the Japan and Korea. Consequently, how to promote the acceptance of this new services come to the key point of this dissertation.In this paper, according to the Theory of the Perceived Risk as well as on the basis of the Integrated Technology Acceptance Model (UTAUT), the author tries to build a "mobile payment technology acceptance and use models". Through the empirical analysis, the author uses the SPSS19.0and AMOS17.0as the study tools to do the analysis of the questionnaire, the model of the overall goodness of the indicators and the hypothesis testing. It turns out that the factors all directly or indirectly affect the acceptance of the mobile payment services.This paper mainly include these aspects as follows:(1)the author study on the mobile payment business user acceptance behavior through the study of the literature and then try to find the starting point of this dissertation.(2) based on the integrated technology acceptance and use of the model(UTAUT), the author add the several factors such as new personal innovative, perceived risk and perceived cost to establish theoretical framework of mobile payment service model of users acceptance behavior as well as the related hypothesis. The author consequently definite the involving variable and the concept of the operational.(3) The author did the empirical analysis on the previous theoretical models and the assumptions and then reach the conclusion about these factors which affects the acceptance of mobile payment services. The author comes up with some recommendations related to the marketing.
