The competition of modern enterprises is the competition of talents.Since the The 13 th Five-year Plan,Chinese new consumer economy has risen strongly,and the economic environment has undergone tremendous changes.Enterprise managers have clearly recognized that the employee team is an important topic must pay attention to.In particular,as China's reform and opening up has entered the deep-water zone,the country has comprehensively deepened reforms and promoted the structural adjustment of the economy,and the more comprehensive and extensive measures for opening up to the outside world have been introduced,which has greatly affected China's state-owned enterprises,especially local state-owned small and medium-sized enterprises.And the impact,these local small and medium-sized enterprise employees have a great deviation in the perception and understanding,the work enthusiasm is affected by various factors,resulting in a decline in overall satisfaction,the loss of skilled workers and young employees.etc,which seriously affected the normal operation of the enterprise and even its growth and development.Therefore,for these local small and medium-sized enterprises,the analysis of factors affecting employee satisfaction and its management have important practical and strategic significance.Many local small and medium-sized enterprises have blind spots in employee satisfaction survey research,this paper selects a number of different types of state-owned enterprise employees in the same region(Bazhong City)as the background in the new era of new state-owned enterprise reform.Research objectives,aiming at the specific target of employees of state-owned small and medium-sized enterprises,from the "influence factors of employee satisfaction" as a research breakthrough,objectively and in-depth study on the factors affecting employee satisfaction,in order to solve some common problems of local state-owned small and medium-sized enterprise employees And the common dilemma,and accordingly help companies to properly adjust the relevant supporting policies,specifically meet the needs of employees,improve employee satisfaction,and thus maximize the competitive advantage of enterprises,to create maximum benefits for enterprises.In order to complete this research,this thesis has done the following work:1.Sorts out and summarizes the relevant literature and the latest achievements of researchers at home and abroad,and related to the basic concepts of small and medium-sized enterprises,state-owned small and medium-sized enterprises,and employees.2.According to relevant methods such as literature analysis,the applicable evaluation system of employee satisfaction factors of state-owned small and medium-sized enterprises is constructed.Next,designed and prepared the questionnaire on the factors affecting the employee satisfaction of state-owned small and medium-sized enterprises in Bazhong City,and then conducted a small-scale pre-test on the pre-made survey questions.After the pre-test,the questionnaire was randomly distributed.3.Through the analysis of the survey data by AMOS21.0 software,a total of 21 factors affecting the employee satisfaction of state-owned small and medium-sized enterprises inBazhong City were obtained,and then how these factors affect employee satisfaction and how to promote local state-owned small and medium-sized enterprises in Bazhong City,then targeted promotion of local promotion Suggestions for the development of state-owned small and medium-sized enterprises: such as improving the incentive assessment system,establishing dynamic management rules for employees,meeting the diversified needs of employees,and improving the soft environment of enterprises.
