In the face of the increasing global competition,the rapid development of information technology,the disappearing demographic dividend and other situations,enterprises need to improve the soft power of organizations in response to changes,providing valuable products for customers,rapid response,effective learning and other aspects through internal integration,so as to form the core competitiveness of enterprises.Human resource management level needs to be improved.As a private chemical enterprise with a history of more than 30 years,H company has put forward the strategy of transformation to biological agriculture in order to meet the development needs.In the process of transformation,human resource management with six major functions as the main management module,which restricts the pace of organizational action.The transformation of human resource management is imminent.In this paper,H company' s operation and management are deeply understood through hierarchical interviews and questionnaires.The current situation of H company's human resource management is combed and diagnosed from the perspectives of company strategy,corporate culture,employee satisfaction,business department feedback,functional department feedback,etc.it is found that the company's human resource management is divorced from strategic management,low efficiency,and subsidiary companies It can solve the problems existing in human resource management of H company by building the three pillars management mode of human resource,and then put forward the improvement and optimization scheme suitable for the development of H company and can be promoted for implementation,formulate the detailed promotion and implementation plan,and provide the improvement opinions for the problems occurred in the implementation process and the guarantee measures needed to strengthen the implementation effect To ensure the smooth progress of the company's strategic objectives.According to the research and analysis of the paper,in order to support the strategic development needs of H company in the near stage and solve the human resource management problems existing in H company,the transformation of three pillars of human resources is needed.In this paper,make a detailed plan and promote the transformation.
