| In order to realize the sustainable development of the construction industry,China vigorously advocates the development of prefabricated construction to deal with the current problems such as extensive management of traditional construction methods,large potential safety hazards,uneven quality,and serious environmental pollution.On the other hand,with the increasingly fierce challenges of economic globalization,all major industries,including construction industry,have realized the importance of performance management,actively explored the theory and methods of performance management and applied them to practice,and achieved great results.However,although the application of prefabricated construction is more and more widely in China,it is still in the initial stage of development.The performance management system is not perfect,and the level of performance management needs to be improved.Performance evaluation is one of the effective methods to improve the level of performance management.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a scientific performance evaluation system suitable for the prefabricated construction system.At present,there are many researches on prefabricated construction in academic circles,but the researches on performance evaluation are relatively few.The existing researchers have studied from the perspectives of project management,parts supply,energy conservation and environmental protection,but most of them select indicators from a single dimension for evaluation,while the multidimensional comprehensive evaluation is less.The establishment of performance evaluation system for prefabricated construction projects from multiple dimensions is conducive to understanding the problems existing in project performance management from multiple perspectives,comprehensively improving the level of performance management,and achieving the goal of achieving good project performance.Based on the theory of key performance indicators(KPI),this paper puts forward a KPI model with the cost,progress and quality of "Iron Triangle" as the core layer,safety,sustainability,social impact and cooperation as the expansion layer,and then identifies the influencing factors of assembly construction project performancefrom multiple perspectives as the secondary evaluation index,and introduces the structural equation model(SEM)Method,The second-order confirmatory factor analysis model of performance evaluation is established with 7 key performance indicators(first level indicators)as latent variables and 38 second level evaluation indicators as observation variables.The questionnaire data is imported,the model is fitted and modified,and the relevant parameters and path coefficients of each variable are obtained;Finally,according to the verification results,the model evaluation is carried out,and the influence degree and reason of each index variable are analyzed.Finally,30 key influence indexes of the performance of the prefabricated construction project are identified,so as to build the project performance evaluation system,and put forward the targeted optimization measures of the performance management of the prefabricated construction project,so as to find out the improvement of the performance management level of the prefabricated construction project in China Direction and emphasis,and provide some reference for the research of multidimensional performance evaluation of assembly construction project. |
