Research On The Effectiveness Of Prefabricated Building Supply Chain Management Mode

In recent years,prefabricated buildings have flourished with the support of national policies.Prefabricated buildings have the characteristics of long construction cycle,large investment,many personnel involved and complex processes and management,supply chain management mode can save costs,improve the efficiency of prefabricated buildings,play an important role in the management process of prefabricated buildings,and have been widely concerned by experts and scholars at home and abroad.However,the time for supply chain management to be applied to prefabricated buildings is still short,there are a large number of risks and problems in practical applications,and the effectiveness of the supply chain management model is studied,with the purpose of exploring the degree of influence of various influencing factors on the prefabricated building supply chain,identifying the key factors restricting its development,and thus providing countermeasures for how to exert the effectiveness of prefabricated building supply chain management.Based on supply chain theory,combined with the characteristics of prefabricated buildings and the research results of existing experts and scholars,this paper defines the concept of prefabricated building supply chain and its effectiveness,and analyzes the existing problems of prefabricated building supply chain management.Applying the principle of systems engineering,the influencing factors of the supply chain of prefabricated buildings are divided from the two levels of internal factors and external factors,the influencing factors of the supply chain of prefabricated buildings are preliminarily identified and the research hypotheses are proposed,and the theoretical model of influencing factors of the effectiveness of the supply chain of prefabricated buildings is constructed.Through the design of the research indicators,20 influencing factor indicators were finally selected,and the influencing factors system of the supply chain of prefabricated buildings was constructed.Finally,empirical analysis is carried out,the data is collected through the design questionnaire,the data is verified by SPSS software,and the structural equation model of the influencing factors of the supply chain of prefabricated buildings is constructed.The influencing factors screened out are sorted according to the importance,and it is concluded that information transmission and sharing are the most important factors affecting the effectiveness of the supply chain management of prefabricated buildings,and the rest are the coordination and integration between partners,the level of logistics management,the choice of partners,and the external environment.It also puts forward reasonable suggestions on how to exert the effectiveness of supply chain management in prefabricated building projects,and provides a reference for the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings.
