Study On The Construction Of Tourism Characteristic Towns

Since the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the first batch of list of towns with Chinese characteristics in 2016,a large amount of funds have been invested in the construction of characteristics towns.The scientific construction mode of characteristics towns is directly related to the efficiency of the use of funds,the effect of Rural Revitalization Strategy,and even the realization of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in an all respects.In recent years,the construction of characteristic towns has also become a research hotspot.As one of the second batch of Chinese characteristic towns,how to build Jiangxi model of characteristic towns has become an important topic in the construction of Taiping town.Through the typical successful cases of Characteristic Towns at home and abroad,especially the key research on the construction of tourism characteristic towns which are similar to the location elements and construction ideas of Taiping town,with the help of the theoretical research results of Characteristic Towns in China in recent years,focusing on the analysis of the experience in the construction of tourism featured towns,this paper attempts to summarize the common problems in the construction of Tourism Characteristic Towns.From the subjective perspective of Taiping town government,this paper analyzes the role and role of the government in characteristic towns,and the government behavior that should be avoided,so as to provide reference for the construction of Characteristic Towns in Taiping Town and even for domestic tourism characteristic towns.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction chapter,which mainly describes the macro background,purpose and research status of Characteristic Towns construction by domestic and foreign scholars.The second chapter is the core concept and theoretical foundation chapter,which explains the core concepts such as characteristic towns,rural tourism,government role,etc.,and expounds the garden city theory,polycentric governance theory,public service orientation mode and other scientific theories that support this study.The third chapter is the case introduction of Taiping Town,which expounds the resource endowment,measures and construction ideas of building a characteristic town in Taiping town.The fourth chapter is the introduction of typical characteristic towns at home and abroad.It introduces the construction experience of mature Characteristic Towns abroad in detail,and summarizes the common problems and Countermeasures in the construction of domestic characteristic towns through literature research.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of tourism featured towns.Taking the construction of tourism featured towns represented by Taiping Town as the starting point,the paper puts forward the main measures that the government should take in the construction of tourism featured towns by using polycentric governance theory and the theory of public service orientation mode.The sixth chapter is the chapter of research conclusions,summarizing the main conclusions of this paper.
