Study On The Construction Of The Characteristic Town Of Chadian Town,Linzhou City

As we enter a new era,our country has put forward higher demands for economic transformation and development,the construction of new types of urbanization and the promotion of agricultural and rural modernization.The construction of characteristic small towns has adapted to the transformation and development of China's economy under the new normal,alleviated the problems arising from the development of the dual structure of urban and rural areas,and become a platform and a vehicle for the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.In recent years,the town of tea shop around the Linzhou municipal party committee and government proposed the development strategy of the construction of the world's humanistic mountain and water city,to "build chrysanthemum countryside,the construction of beautiful tea shop" as the goal,in speeding up the cultivation of chrysanthemum and other traditional Chinese medicine,processing,sales development at the same time vigorously develop rural tourism,accelerate the construction of small towns.To develop special agriculture and rural ecotourism "two-legged",seek new economic growth points and achieve green and sustainable development of the region.This paper is in the northern part of Henan Province,Linzhou City,Chadian Town,for example,based on the theory of integrated development,synergistic governance theory,the use of literature research,field surveys,case analysis and other research methods of Chadian Town characteristics of small town construction for in-depth research,with a view to helping Chadian Town characteristics of small town construction,for other similar areas of construction characteristics of small towns to help.This article first from the geographical location,resource endowment,social and cultural,economic development and other aspects of the basic characteristics of the town of Chaodi;second from the industrial development,cultural and educational development,facility construction,ecological and environmental protection and other aspects of the construction status of Chaodi Town;then for the characteristics of the small town construction process of the existing industrial advantages are insufficient,brand competitiveness is weak,infrastructure is not perfect,some of the project is slow,low level of participation of residents and other issues,analysis of its causes mainly include insufficient awareness,insufficient supply factors,insufficient publicity,institutional mechanisms are not sound;then selected domestic and foreign characteristics of the small town construction of successful cases in the French town of Grasse,Zhejiang Wuzhen as a research object,to learn from experience;finally give a few recommendations for the construction of small town characteristics of Chaodi Town,mainly including awareness,rational planning,strengthening elements of security,innovative publicity,strengthen brand building,improve the institutional mechanisms,etc.,all parties involved in accelerating the construction of small town characteristics of Chaodi Town to achieve the healthy sustainability of town construction.
