Research On Characteristic Town Of Foshan

The development of Characteristic Towns in China started at the beginning of this century.Since the concept of characteristic towns first appeared in the national decision-making level in December 2015,the development of Characteristic Towns in China is in full swing.However,as far as the development status quo is concerned,China's characteristic towns are still in the initial stage,and the construction of characteristic towns needs further theoretical research and practical exploration.In this paper,by introducing the meta governance theory,combined with the development mode,type,policy environment and development advantages of Foshan characteristic town,the author makes an in-depth analysis and summarizes the existing problems in the process of building Foshan characteristic town.And use the meta governance theory to explore the role of the government in the development of characteristic towns,and put forward targeted suggestions for the government to better play the role of management in the construction of Characteristic Towns in Foshan.This paper consists of six parts:the first part is the introduction,focusing on the research background,research status,research framework and other aspects of the topic,summarizing and combing the relevant literature at home and abroad;the second part is to introduce the core concept of characteristic town and the connotation of meta governance theory,expounding the enlightenment of meta governance theory on the construction of characteristic town by the government;the third part is to summarize the current characteristics of Foshan based on the analysis of the development type,characteristics,policy environment and development leading mode of Foshan characteristic town,this paper comprehensively grasps the development status of Foshan characteristic town;fourthly,according to the development status,it analyzes the problems exposed in the construction of Foshan characteristic town and discusses the causes of the problems;fifthly,it puts forward suggestions for improving the mode of Foshan characteristic town.Combined with the theory of meta governance,this paper mainly puts forward suggestions on the construction and management of characteristic towns from the perspective of government subjects,so as to realize the development mode of government leading and multi-agent participating in governance;sixth,the conclusion and prospect.This paper summarizes the current situation,problems and Countermeasures of the development of Characteristic Towns in Foshan,and reflects on the shortcomings of the research process.
