| In the process of coordinating the development of "new industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization",the development of agricultural modernization has always been a short board.In order to promote the balanced development of "four modernizations",accelerating the development of agricultural modernization has become an urgent problem.Jiangxi Province,as one of the 13 major grain producing areas in China's traditional agriculture,plays an important role in ensuring the national food security.Therefore,to promote the rapid development of agricultural modernization in Jiangxi Province is of great significance to ensure the national food security.In this paper,16 indexes are selected from five aspects:input of agricultural production factors,agricultural management mode,agricultural output level,rural economic development level and agricultural sustainable development level,and an evaluation index system of agricultural modernization in Jiangxi Province is constructed.The development level of agricultural modernization in Jiangxi Province from 1990 to 2017 is evaluated quantitatively,and compared with that of other 12 major grain producing provinces Through the method of obstacle analysis,the key obstacle factors of the development of agricultural modernization in Jiangxi Province are found out,and the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of agricultural modernization in Jiangxi Province are put forward.On this basis,the evolution of the spatial and temporal pattern of agricultural modernization development in 11 cities of Jiangxi Province is analyzed,and the evolution of the obstacle factors in 11 cities is diagnosed by the method of obstacle degree analysis.Based on this,the regional models and paths for different cities to realize agricultural modernization are put forward.The results show that:(1)Jiangxi's agricultural modernization development index rose from 0.133 in 1990 to 0.844 in 2017,with an average annual growth rate of 7.08%.There are obvious development differences and imbalances in the five first-class indicators,among which the three indicators of agricultural production factor input,agricultural business model and agricultural production sustainability show two-stage change characteristics,and the two indicators are agricultural output level and rural economic development level The number has been on the rise;(2)by comparing the development of agricultural modernization in Jiangxi Province and other 12 major grain producing provinces,and analyzing the obstacles to the development of agricultural modernization in Jiangxi Province,it is concluded that there are five problems in the agricultural modernization of Jiangxi Province,that is,the level of agricultural mechanization and power consumption is low,and the level of investment needs to be improved;the quality of land fragmentation and agricultural labor system is not good High,the mode of agricultural management needs to be improved;low labor productivity and land productivity,the level of agricultural output needs to be improved;low level of farmers' income and rural economic development,the pace of development needs to be accelerated;excessive use of chemical fertilizer and pesticide is obvious,and the level of sustainable agricultural development needs to be improved;(3)the low value area of agricultural modernization development in Jiangxi Province is always located in the South and north of Jiangxi Province In Ganzhou and Jiujiang areas at both ends,the high value area and high value area are always located in the area around Poyang Lake along the Northeast southwest trend,while the middle value area is located in Fuzhou and Yingtan in the east of Jiangxi,Jingdezhen in the northeast of Jiangxi and Pingxiang in the west of Jiangxi;(4)the key obstacle factors of agricultural modernization have been changed from 1990-2008 to 1990,no matter from the provincial level or from the spatial differences of 11 cities The per capita net income of the people and the per capita electricity consumption in rural areas have gradually changed into the total power of agricultural machinery,the per capita cultivated land area,the per capita fertilizer and pesticide application amount in 2008-2017;(5)in view of the key obstacle factors of agricultural modernization in Jiangxi and its 11 cities,it is proposed to improve the per capita income of farmers,accelerate the promotion of agricultural mechanization and electrification,and improve the efficiency of fertilizer and pesticide use To promote the development level of agricultural modernization in Jiangxi Province,we should promote four modes:Ganzhou mode,which is dominated by small agricultural machinery and land consolidation,North Jiangxi joint household mode,which is supported by land stock cooperation,and three modes,which are dominated by agricultural service organization and land consolidation,East Jiangxi,Northeast Jiangxi and West Jiangxi To enter the agricultural modernization of 11 cities in Jiangxi Province. |
