The Research Of Influence Factors Of Demand Of Agricultural Public Information Services Of Farmers

In order to improve the construction of rural information infrastructure, accelerate theconstruction of a new socialist countryside, promote the development of China’sagricultural modernization and informatization, it is important to study the farmers’demand and the impact on the agricultural public information service factors. This studybased on the survey data of farmers in Jiangxi Province, the agricultural public informationservice into agricultural production and public information services and agriculturalmarketing public information service in two aspects, use in Yongfeng County, SuichuanCounty, Yifeng County, Dexing City, four counties115survey data, using the literatureinduction, description to analysis of influence factors of farmers’ demand for agriculturalpublic information service for preliminary analysis,and using of Logit model empiricalanalysis for farmers’ demand of agricultural public information service of the main factors.This paper study the farmer’s personal characteristics, family characteristics and socialcapital, the farmers have received agricultural sources of public information service isaffecting farmers public information service of the three major factors. Among them,individual characteristic factors of farmers mainly in the farmer’s age, gender and culturallevel variables; family characteristics and social capital factors of farmers mainly in familyincome, family labor population, family whether there is a village cadre and familyfarming area and variable factors of the source of public information service; farmers havereceived the main show is in the broadcast, television and newspapers as a source ofinformation in the mass media and the government, the village collective and agriculturalcooperatives as a source of information organization communication variables.According to the research results, combined with the situation of agriculturaldevelopment of our country, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions in this paper,namely to strengthen the education and training of farmers, enhance the comprehensivequality of the farmers; accelerate the local economic development, to promote theimprovement of farmer’s family income; Improve the rural land circulation mechanism,realize large-scale production of agriculture; To strengthen the construction of ruralinformation infrastructure，improve the agricultural public information service system;Strengthen the supervision of agricultural public information service, improve the publicinformation service mechanism...
