Research On The Development Of Agricultural Modernization In Shandong Province

Agricultural modernization is a gradual process of transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,and it is the basic link of "four modernizations" to coordinate development.Conforming to the law of agricultural modernization and promoting agricultural modernization in a safe and orderly way is of great significance to realize the structural reforms on the supply side of agriculture,to promote farmers ' income and economic development,and to realize the strategy of rural revitalization.The Party's 19th National Congress pointed out that we must speed up the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,emphasizing the basic status of agricultural development.Shandong Province is a large agricultural province.The development of agriculture in Shandong can be seen as a microcosm of national agricultural development.Problems such as unbalanced regional development and lack of innovation have emerged,which restrict the realization of agricultural modernization.Problems such as unbalanced regional development and lack of innovation have emerged,which restrict the realization of agricultural modernization.In this context,it is of great significance to explore the development of agricultural modernization in Shandong Province.This paper analyzes the development status of agricultural modernization in Shandong Province from three aspects:agricultural industry system,agricultural production system and agricultural management system.According to the regional characteristics of agricultural development in Shandong Province,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of agricultural modernization,and uses factor analysis method to determine the principal factor and its weight.This paper obtains the comprehensive score of agricultural modernization in 17 cities of Shandong Province in different time sections,evaluates the development level of agricultural modernization in Shandong Province from two dimensions of time and space,and finally looks for the unique "Shandong model" which emerges in the course of agricultural modernization development in Shandong Province.Research indicates as follows:(1)Agricultural modernization is a dynamic and gradual process of evolution.Through dynamic screening,the evaluation Index system of agricultural modernization includes rural per capita net income,land productivity,rural residents consumption level,the proportion of supporting agriculture,each hundred rural Labor high school and above,the labor productivity,the total power of agricultural machinery,the rural Engel coefficient,the effective irrigation rate,amount of fertilizer applied per cultivated area.(2)From 1997 to 2007,most cities in Shandong province achieved a leap from the initial stage to the development stage.The top cities were Weihai,Zibo,Qingdao,Dezhou,Yantai and Liaocheng.Binzhou and Linyi are developing slowly and are still at the initial stage of agricultural modernization,mainly due to the weak economic and agricultural base,low agricultural production efficiency and low level of rural economic and social development.They are always ranked second in the overall score of agricultural modernization.(3)In 2015,Weihai,Yantai,Liaocheng,Jinan,Jining,Dongying,Qingdao,Dezhou,Zaozhuang,and Weifang have entered the mature stage of agricultural modernization.Taian,Zibo,Heze,Binzhou,Laiwu,Rizhao and Linyi are in the stage of agricultural modernization.All cities are completely get out of the starting stage.The province's agricultural modernization average score is 0.513,exceeding the critical value of 0.48 in the mature stage,basically achieving agricultural modernization.(4)Compared with 1997,the scores of agricultural modernization development in 17 cities of Shandong Province in 2015 have all greatly improved,but the development speed is not the same,and there is a big difference in the internal development of space.Judging from the realization of agricultural modernization,Qingdao,Yantai,Weihai and other coastal areas are significantly higher than inland areas;from the perspective of development speed,Jinan and coastal areas are also faster than other inland areas.It shows the internal imbalance of the region.(5)In the course of the development of agricultural modernization,various localities and cities have gradually developed distinctive agricultural modernization development models.The famous Shouguang model known as facility agriculture,the Jindu model known for green ecological agriculture and a model of agricultural leading enterprises called Jinluo model.Shandong Province has accumulated valuable"Shandong experience" in the creation of high-yield food,cultivation of facilities vegetables,management of agricultural industrialization,and cultivation of new-type business entities.
