Research On The Relationship Of "Guanxi" Network To The Innovation Performance Of Start-ups

Innovation is the ultimate password for the continuous growth of enterprises.As a "perpetual motive" for the development of emerging economies,the importance of new ventures to promoting social progress and social innovation is self-evident.However,start-ups are affected by "defects of new entrants" and it is difficult to obtain sufficient quality resources for their healthy growth.Based on the relational network theory and entrepreneurial bricolage theory,this research believes that entrepreneurs can effectively stimulate the formation of entrepreneurial bricolage ideas and stimulate effective bricolage behaviors by influencing the intrinsic dimensions of the "guanxi" network,therefore promoting the improvement of corporate innovation performance,which in order to analyze the internal relationship mechanism between the "guanxi" network,entrepreneurial bricolage and the innovative performance of new ventures,this article builds a conceptual theoretical model of "guanxi" network-entrepreneurial bricolage-innovative performance of new ventures,where the "guanxi" network is Explanatory variables,entrepreneurial bricolage as intermediary variables,new venture innovation performance as explained variables,in-depth exploration of the logical relationship between the three,and empirical research using 380 survey data within eight years of establishment as support,giving the conclusions as follows:(1)The "guanxi" network as a positive role in promoting entrepreneurial bricolage.The strength of the "guanxi" network,the breadth of the "guanxi" network,and the heterogeneity of the "guanxi" network all have a significant impact on entrepreneurial bricolage.Some special types of resources obtained through the three dimensions of the relationship network,such as scarce resources and heterogeneous resources,has inspired Entrepreneur bricolage inspiration,and then make effective entrepreneurial bricolage behavior.(2)The "guanxi" network as a positive role of the in promoting the innovation performance of startups.In this study,the "guanxi" network is divided into three dimensions:the strength of the "guanxi" network,the breadth of the "guanxi"network,and the heterogeneity of the "guanxi" network.Empirical research finds that all three dimensions have a significant impact on the innovation performance of startups,and the heterogeneity of relationship networks has the most significant impact on innovation performance.(3)The positive effect of the entrepreneurial bricolage on the innovation performance bureau of new ventures.Entrepreneurship is a new venture that fully integrates existing resources,uses idle resources of others,opens up new markets to expand resources when facing turbulent technology and market competition,fully develops valuable resources that are not fully recognized by others,and breaks through resources Limitation,improve self-hematopoiesis,and get a "big cake" in the market,which provides strong conceptual and behavioral support.(4)The entrepreneurial bricolage plays a part of the intermediary role between the "guanxi" network and the innovation performance of new ventures.Applying a part of the intermediary role to the bricolage of entrepreneurship through the "guanxis"network can effectively promote the improvement of corporate innovation performance.Therefore,they must strive to expand the number of relationship networks,maintain good emotional connections with network members for start-ups,and continue to expand non-industry organizations and organizations,pay attention to the frequency of interactions with members,and integrate the patchwork concept.Throughout the entire entrepreneurial process,new ideas and new methods have been continuously stimulated in the collision of ideas to promote the continuous improvement of the innovation performance of enterprises and enable them to form and maintain long-term stable sustainable competitive advantages.
