Value Evaluation Of Internet Enterprises Based On EVA

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of information technology,the Internet industry burst out strong vitality,and the value of Internet enterprises has also attracted people's attention.However,due to the great difference between Internet enterprises and traditional enterprises,the traditional valuation method can not reflect the value of the Internet well,so it is particularly important to study the valuation method suitable for Internet enterprises.Firstly,this paper uses the literature analysis method to summarize the relevant research results at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the characteristics of Internet enterprises,this paper analyzes the value sources and value influencing factors of Internet enterprises,selects EVA indicators and other relevant indicators to design the Internet enterprise value evaluation system based on EVA,constructs the evaluation model,case analysis chapter,taking r enterprise as an example,first calculates the historical EVA of R enterprise in 2015-2018,and then designs EVA based on Chapter 3 The index system and model steps of R enterprise are compared and verified,and the value evaluation results of R enterprise in 2015-2018 are obtained.The value results of each year are explained,and the rationality of Internet enterprise value evaluation method based on EVA can be further seen.At the end of the paper,the author puts forward three safeguard measures to implement EVA Internet enterprise value evaluation system,and analyzes the Internet enterprise value from multiple perspectives.
