The widespread application of the Internet in the field of commerce has given birth to the new online shopping method,which has severely restricted the development and prosperity of traditional retail.Although e-commerce has overcome the limitation of time and space,as well as reducing intermediate costs,there are also defects like uncertainty of products,insecurity of transaction and inefficiency of distribution system.With the advancement of society and the development of economic environment,the post-80s and post-90s have become the new main force of consumption,increasingly demanding of personal consumption experience and high-speed shopping.Therefore,a new retail model of online+offline+logistics emerged at the moment,which combines convenient shopping online with actual experience offline,and realizes integration of online and offline retail,intellectualization and systematization through the rapid development of logistics and delivery.This paper mainly applys the methods of key financial indicator analysis and EVA analysis to analyze the performance of Yonghui Supermarket's new retail model.The analyses found that the new retail model brought great positive market effects to Yonghui Supermarket,and greatly improved its solvency,profitability and development ability in the early stage.However,its performance in terms of operating capacity was not good enough.With the passage of time,the rapid expansion strategy of the company revealed some disadvantages.Its performance decreased in all aspects-hence the room for improvement.This thesis points out that Yonghui Supermarket's solvency and profitability are both in the decline,and its strategic layout is stuck in the bottleneck.Through these analyses,this paper proposes that Yonghui Supermarket currently needs to optimize the financial management system and make up for the strategic weakness.The thesis summarizes the case and comes to conclusions at the end.
