With the progress of science and technology and people's consumption habits change,now of the retail enterprise development has entered a bottleneck period,the retail industry is generally a drop in profits or losses of problem,this shows that the traditional profit model has not adapted to the current development needs,therefore the profit pattern of the old need to change the retail industry,looking for a new way for the development of the retail.Yonghui Supermarket is one of the most successful retail supermarkets in China's traditional retail industry.This paper selects Yonghui Supermarket as the research object,mainly USES the literature analysis method and the case study method,analyzes and evaluates the financial aspect of the profit model from the perspective of new retail.This paper analysis the case study background and practical significance and theory significance,combined with domestic and foreign research literature,the related theory of profit model,find out the research emphasis of this paper,and the profit model of the customer to choose,value acquisition,strategic choice,and business scope of the four aspects as the foundation,study of Yonghui Supermarket;Secondly,make clear the profit model(online + offline + logistics)of Yonghui Supermarket's new retail,and understand the development role of new retail.Thirdly,based on the data of Yonghui Supermarket from 2014 to 2018,the financial effect of the profit model related to Yonghui Supermarket was analyzed from both horizontal and vertical directions,and the financial analysis was conducted from its own profit model,debt paying ability,development ability and EVA index.Finally,on the basis of theoretical analysis and case analysis,the research conclusion of Yonghui Supermarket new retail is drawn.Yonghui Supermarket has advantages in industrial chain upgrading and excessive expansion speed,which leads to excessive cost.In view of the problem,it proposes that Yonghui Supermarket should slow down the expansion of stores,pay attention to the consumer preference of the profit model of Yonghui Supermarket,and improve its value chain.This paper is mainly innovative in two aspects.First,it analyzes the new retail.Most studies on traditional profit model analyze the profit factors of enterprises themselves,but this paper mainly focuses on the Internet.Second,according to the profit model of Yonghui Supermarket which is characterized by fresh food,the particularity of this model is studied.
