Warehouse and material distribution are two important segments in the operation of the manufacturing enterprise,in recent years,domestic and foreign many enterprises are to vigorously develop the three-dimensional warehouse and material distribution automation,strengthen the information construction and the warehousing and distribution management,especially in the logistics industry,many large warehouse logistics distribution centers have been built or under construction.However,for manufacturing factories,except for a few industries such as tobacco and automobile,the management level of storage and material distribution in most factories is still relatively backward,which only relies on a few forklifts,a large amount of labor,and some shelves.This mode has been unable to meet the requirement of enterprises’ transformation to digitalization,automation and intelligence,which is also restricting the development and profitability of enterprises,and is the biggest obstacle for us to realize industry 4.0.Based on the research of domestic and foreign documents and cases related to warehousing and logistics distribution,this paper proposes the concepts of intelligent warehousing and intelligent material distribution,and innovatively proposes the solutions of lean logistics concept and intelligent decision support system to support intelligent warehouse and intelligent material distribution.Based on a lot of reading literature and industry at home and abroad,on the basis of case study,this paper introduces the intelligent material distribution,warehousing and wisdom of lean logistics,and the definition of intelligent decision support system and technical key points,the bathroom faucet manufacturing industry leader K company warehouse management and material distribution present situation,the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and risks are analyzed,the existing warehouse management related processes,and assembly shop operation and material distribution process,problems and difficulties in diagnosis.At the same time,based on the development of the next 5 to 10 years the company warehouse requirements analysis,gap analysis,in the related intelligent storage management and lean material distribution theory and decision support system,under the guidance of combination with the characteristics of bathroom faucet manufacturing industry is put forward for the company warehouse management and material supply with pertinence and maneuverability optimization advice and wisdom assembly line solution,wisdom between warehouse and assembly line material distribution plan scheme.Related software and hardware requirements.Basis on studying the new technology in the field of traditional logistics,this paper innovatively puts forward the construction model and application scenario of intelligent storage and material distribution in manufacturing factories.In addition,it integrates the theory and practice of lean material distribution into the design of intelligent storage material distribution scheme and guides the design of intelligent storage material distribution with the theory of intelligent decision support system.The research conclusion of this paper is of great guiding significance for the construction of smart factory in the sanitary ware industry,and it provides a valuable optimization scheme for other manufacturing enterprises to realize smart warehouse management and build efficient in-factory logistics.
