China's glasses retail market has developed rapidly,but more and more foreign glasses retailers seize the Chinese market by virtue of their management advantages,which has caused considerable competitive pressure on China's glasses chain enterprises.In addition,the Internet economy and the rise of glasses e-commerce have brought greater challenges to glasses chain enterprises.In order to gain competitive advantage,the glasses chain enterprises must make their own development strategy and guide their business management activities according to the strategic objectives.To establish a set of scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system around the strategic objectives is of great practical significance for the glasses chain enterprises.The traditional business goal is to maximize the interests of shareholders,but if the interests of stakeholders are ignored,it is still not conducive to the long-term sustainable development of enterprises.To give full play to the guiding role of performance evaluation,through the selection of performance evaluation indicators in the stakeholder dimension,to promote the glasses chain enterprises to pay more attention to the interests of stakeholders,which is more conducive to the long-term competitive advantage of enterprises in the industry.In this paper,taking X enterprise which is the leading company of Chongqing glasses chain as an example,combines the performance evaluation with the strategic management theory and the stakeholder theory to establish a set of scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system to meet the needs of the glasses chain enterprise.First of all,this paper reviews and analyzes the related research results of enterprise performance evaluation at home and abroad,and expounds the performance evaluation theory,strategic management theory,stakeholder theory,key performance indicator method,analytic hierarchy process and other theoretical methods.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation and organizational structure of X enterprise.From the current situation of its performance evaluation,it finds that there are some problems in its performance evaluation,such as the separation of evaluation standard from strategy,the imperfection of evaluation index system,the lack of performance analysis and communication feedback,and the weak degree of performance evaluation informatization.In order to solve these problems,the performance evaluation index system and implementation scheme of Xenterprise are designed,and X enterprise performance evaluation system is developed by PowerBuilder 10.0 software.Finally,through the case analysis of X enterprise performance evaluation,it verifies the scientificity and validity of the performance evaluation system.
