In 2018,all the groups born after 1990 have reached adulthood.The post-90s have gradually entered the society,become the new force of the society,and participate in the value creation of the society.The post-80s,who entered the society earlier,have become the backbone of the society.These two groups constitute the new generation of employees.As the new generation of employees grow up with the rapid development of the Internet and the continuous development of education,they have the advantages of active thinking and strong innovation,but they also have the disadvantages of poor pressure resistance.It has become the focus of enterprise organization to improve the ability of psychological quality of new generation employees,such as pressure resistance,and give full play to their innovation ability.Based on the above background,this study takes the work of new generation employees as the research object,aiming to provide reference for enterprises and new generation employees by exploring the relationship among employees' mindfulness,employees' self-efficacy and employees' innovation behavior.In this study,the qualitative and quantitative methods are used to study the relationship between the three.Through combing the previous literature,on the basis of self-efficacy theory,innovation theory and social cognitive theory,this thesis defines the concept of the three,and makes a hypothesis about the relationship between them;at the same time,select the widely used mature scale,issue a questionnaire,and use SPSS 17.0 and amos21.0 to analyze the effective data and verify the hypothesis.The final results show that:(1)employee mindfulness has a significant positive impact on employee self-efficacy;(2)employee mindfulness has a significant positive impact on employee innovation behavior;(3)employee self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on employee innovation behavior;(4)employee self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between employee mindfulness and employee innovation behavior.In terms of theory,this thesis puts forward and verifies the theoretical model of employee mindfulness,employee self-efficacy and employee innovation behavior,which has certain theoretical significance for enriching the research of human resource management;validates the positive effect of employee mindfulness on employee innovation behavior,and verifies the intermediary role of employee self-efficacy between employee mindfulness and employee innovation behavior for the follow-up The foundation of the research is established.In practice,many suggestions are put forward for managers and the new generation of employees:on the one hand,employees should improve their mindfulness,self-efficacy and innovative behavior through a variety of ways;on the other hand,enterprises should improve their mindfulness,self-efficacy and innovative behavior by focusing on various modules of human resource management.
