In an era of rapid change,increasingly fierce competition makes the enterprise not only to pay attention to the operation of the current enterprise,but also must focus on the long-term development of the enterprise.More and more enterprises have realized that innovation is the cornerstone of the long-term development of enterprises,and the source of enterprise innovation comes from employees.Therefore,how to improve the innovation performance of the individual is the practical problem that the enterprise pays great attention to.Changes in the era of the environment also requires enterprises to have the ability to quickly adapt to changes in the environment,but also to the organization and operation of a higher demand,that is enterprises must improve their efficiency and find the problem in time.In this case,the construction of the staff to promote the organization to optimize the construction of the proposal is essential.Therefore,this study selected employee innovation performance as the dependent variable,as independent variables of employee voice behavior,and attempts to explore the employee voice behavior on the employee's innovation performance mechanism.In addition,the selection of the psychological level of innovation self-efficacy as an intermediary variable to explore the study,select the leadership of the leadership of the innovation orientation as a moderator of the study to explore the regulatory variables.This paper uses the combined method of theoretical and Empirical Study on the influence mechanism of voice behavior on the innovation performance of employees.Through the literature review,this paper established a research model,put forward the research hypothesis,selected in line with the voice behavior scale,creative self-efficacy sense of scale and competent creative tendency scale and employee innovation performance quantity table.First of all,small samples test,in the formal investigation,the final recovery of 213 valid questionnaires.Using spss20.0 for statistical analysis,through the small sample test,reliability,validity,correlation analysis,regression analysis to test the hypothesis,and finally get the main conclusions are as follows:1.Voice behavior has two dimensions,promotive voice behavior and preventive voice behavior.2.The two dimensions of employee voice have a significant positive relationship with employee innovation performance.That is promotive voice behavior positive employee innovation performance,preventive voice behavior promote a positive employee performance.3.The two dimensions of employee voice behavior and employee creative self-efficacy have significant positive correlation.That is voice behavior promote employee creative self-efficacy,preventive voice behavior to promote a positive employee creative self-efficacy.4.There is a significant positive correlation between the employee's innovation self-efficacy and the employee's innovation performance.That is the higher the employee's sense of self efficacy,the higher the performance of innovation.5.There is a significant positive correlation between the supervisor's innovation tendency and the employee's innovation performance.The high and low level of innovation tendency will influence the innovation performance of employees.That is the supervisor with high innovation tendency will positively promote the innovation performance of the employees.6.There is a significant positive correlation between the supervisor's innovation tendency and the sense of self efficacy.The high or low level of innovation tendency will influence the employee's self efficacy.7.Creative self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in the promotion of voice behavior and employee innovation performance,and creative self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in the prevention of voice-behavior and employee innovation performance.8.The supervisor's innovation tendency has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between self-efficacy and innovation performance.The innovation of this paper lies in expanding research on voice behavior outcome variables,formerly research on voice behavior concentrate on the antecedent variables,outcome variables on voice behavior research rarely,but also the focus of team performance,on voice behavior and employee innovation performance,the effect mechanism of trail.The study focused on voice behavior on the employee's innovation performance mechanism,and puts forward the mechanism of mediating variables and moderating variables.Complements the theory of voice behavior and employee performance and mechanism of innovation research lack,expanding the research vision,enriches the research of voice behavior and innovation performance.
