The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that it is necessary to resolutely win the battle against poverty,ensure that by 2020 the rural poor will get rid of poverty,all the poor counties will take their hats off,and the overall regional poverty will be solved,so as to achieve "getting rid of real poverty and getting rid of real poverty ".At present,the fight against poverty has entered the final decisive stage in the area of concentrated special hardship,aiming at the process of precision poverty alleviation,the four states of southern Xinjiang generally have the risk of returning to poverty.Based on the theory of poverty eradication,this paper expounds the research direction of this paper and the necessity of reducing the risk of returning to poverty urgently,then objectively analyzes the effect of the current work of overcoming poverty in A villages in Xinjiang,Aksu and Aksu,and the present situation of all kinds of poor people by means of mathematical statistics.From the four aspects of "returning to poverty frequently due to natural disasters,returning to poverty due to residual causes,returning to poverty due to unsmooth development of industry,returning to poverty due to lack of endogenous motive force of the poor population ",this paper analyzes the root causes of returning to poverty in A village.Finally,according to the natural disasters,the causes of disability,industry development is not smooth,because of the poor people out of the lack of endogenous motivation,high risk of returning to poverty of all kinds of policies awareness and participation is not high,put forward a sustainable development model suitable for concentrated poverty-stricken areas.
